8.    Article 8 - Miscellaneous

These by-laws may be amended or repealed or new by-laws adopted by a (2/3) majority vote at a General Meeting.

  8.1    Common Seal

    The Directors must provide for the safe custody of the Seal. The Seal may be used only by the authority of the Directors or a committee of the Directors with authority to use the Seal. Every document to which the Seal is affixed must be signed by a Director and countersigned by another Director or another person appointed by the Directors to countersign that document or class of documents in which that document is included.

    A register of each use of the Seal shall be maintained by the Secretary.

8.2    Service of Notices

    For the purpose of these rules, a notice may be served by or on behalf of the IAI-AC on any person either personally or by sending it by mail to the person at the person’s address.
