A new opera house for Copenhagen

The new opera house by the harbour in Copenhagen is being modelled in 3D by Danish multidisciplinary practice Ramboll, which is a strong proponent of 3D modelling. Not many Danish clients ask for 3D data, it admits, although more German clients are now doing so. ‘More than 70% of data could be represented by IFCs and then be used for FM,’ says Jan Karlshoj, CAD manager, Ramboll.
